First power on Your iPhone
and go to "setting"
click "i-Cloud id"
click "iTunes & app store"
click "apple id"
click "view apple id"
click "Country/Region"
click "Chang Country or Region"
click "your country"
click "Agree"
click "Agree"
click "None"
type "your Country Address"
click "Next"
Done.
