How to Remove FRP Lock Samsung S8 / S9

First You flash combination File.
after go to setting > about > Build number is 7 tab go back
setting > Developer option > USB debugging on & Turn on OEM unlock
after Factory data reset your phone,
after flash from firmware only.

If you flash by Odin : BL+AP+CSC only.
                             OR
If you flash by z3x box / octopush box
system+boot+recovery+cache.
The phone need 15 min to boot up then only click next-next-next or swipe from up the notification bar and go to setting then to enable OEM and make hard reset.
If your phone still boot hang on logo just re-flash sboot + boot by z3x box / octopush box.
